No Cash Refund
At Hopota, we value your satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange policy:
- Items must be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date, accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.
- To initiate an exchange, contact our Customer Service Team through the Contact Us Form or call us at +1 650 419 2674 with your order number.
- Exchanged items must be in original, salable condition – unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags/labels attached.
- If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item within 15 days by emailing our customer care team with the reason for dissatisfaction.
- Due to hygiene reasons, exchanges for underwear, innerwear items, and jewelry will not be accepted.
- Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current selling price.
- If an item is proven faulty, we will provide a replacement product if returned within 3 days from the purchase date, with the original invoice.
- For complaints, call +1 650 419 2674 (10 am – 6 pm).
Important Notes:
- No Cash Refund: We do not provide cash refunds.
- Promotion/Sale Items: Exchange policy is not applicable to items on promotion/sale.
- Additional Charges: Cash on Delivery charge and shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in the exchange value.
